Do you want to change❓
And what the question is really asking
Is your MISSION still relevant?
Along with that before you know where you are going. You need to know where you are. As that defines the body of work to get there

If you don’t know that, you are launching into your strategy with heads in the sand, Ostrich syndrome,
Reflection is all about taking a step away, and this has never been more important with the rate of change and work effort with remote / hybrid models productivity is at an all time high. However, the question I have, does this have direction?
It’s very easy to get stuck in your business

✅Being productive
✅Solving problems
That you forget to work on
🚀Your business
🚀And Yourself
Yes there will always be times where you have to grind it out but it has to be purpose driven with an end goal in mind
Otherwise, what’s the point?
This is something I come across more often than I would like and the thing is most of the time, they are not that far off.
With a little guidance and direction, these businesses get back on track and become re energised.
This is not a difficult exercise to do
