I’ve often seen business leaders get stuck in their business. They’ve lost their mojo and continue doing what they’ve always done. They’ve been working hard for a long time. Have had some good times and possibly some bad and maybe they just want to get out but they are stuck.

Being a business leader in this world is no fun

⛔️It’s certainly not for the faint hearted and I know this because I’ve been there. Running a business ain’t easy

See you set up your business. You have all these great aspirations and motivations. Then when you get into the thick of it, you see all the things that you have to do, that you never thought about. Then the curve balls that happen, day in day out. This can leave very little time for the value add activities

It’s only natural that business leaders can lose their motivation and then think that their visions are unachievable. So why bother❓and also this ‘going through the motions’ approach to business is a dangerous game in this ever changing business landscape

✅Ironically enough, that’s the reason business leaders SHOULD. See if it was easy, everyone would be doing it and the more experience I gain, the more I realize the one of the key superpowers you need is 🏆PERSERVERANCE🏆

For those companies that survived the pandemic, that felt like shutting up

Yes, you will again think, this is too hard, so why bother. The very simple explanation for this is. You need a NORTH STAR💥

For those times when you are struggling. You have to remind yourself why you are doing this

✅ This Vision, should then be broke down to key milestones that you need to achieve along the way and when you start doing this, you can see your vision will not be as difficult as you perceived it to be

💥 By being SMART, you can achieve GREAT things for your business
