So you have your moonshot vision, you have built your plan, and you are confident in both.. but are you finished?
There are a number of moving parts within a successful strategy and it’s so important that all are treated equally important, giving them the attention they deserve, as you know what they say, a system is only as good as it’s weakest link.
So the last part is the execution & measurement and within this there are also a number of moving parts.
- What are you measuring?
- Are your measurements telling you the right information?
- Is your strategy correct / have you validated it?
- Should you reassess / pivot / continue moving forward?
This is where you have an opportunity to really embed your strategy for long term and sustainable success.. there is no need to get it right 1st off, yes it helps, but you can’t predict the future. The key is to get it started and then the commitment is to get it right through continuous assessment and improvement..
